I understand your cancellation policy and I authorize Gianluca Savarese of PRIVATE DAY TOURS to charge my credit card, ONLY as specified in the undermentioned cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy: We hold your credit card information as a guarantee for your service, payment will be made at the end of the tour/transfer directly to your driver in Euro cash or dollars. Cancellation notice or changes(hour/date), must be received by us at least 7 days prior to arrival date. If is not done in these terms, our company reserves the right to charge the "no show fee" on your credit card which is the total amount of requested services. Please note: we will NOT CHARGE payment to your credit card, but we will keep the information in our database reserving the right to charge your credit card for 100% of the amount of the service just in case of "NO SHOW" or "LATE CANCELLATION or NOT ACCOMMODABLE CHANGES requested in the last 2 days from the date of service". In case cruise ship,if the cruise ship doesn't dock due to any reason, It's not Your fault and you'll be not charged, However, the tour will be automatically re-scheduled once the ship is in the port, if you are still on board obviously. A fee would be charged if the tour was cancelled for any other reason within the 7 days cancellation period. Once you fill out our reservation form and insert your credit card information, you are legally bound to a contract with us. PRIVATE DAY TOURS will not be held liable for missed flights. If you'll be able to advise us within 12 hrs of a missed flight we do not charge any no show fee, less than 12 hrs a full amount fee will be charged on your credit card. The transfer with pick up at the Airport include 1 hour wait. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 35€. In case you loose your luggage please come outside to advise your driver so that he does not leave without you, and you do not incur any extra costs . The customs police will allow you to re-enter the lost and found zone. The transfer with pick up at the Rail Stations include 1 hour wait. Any additional time will be charged at the standard hourly rate of 35€.
